Terms of Service

By purchasing from Hero District, you agree to the following:

• You are at least 18 years old or have a guardian's permission to place an order.
• All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it.
• Payment is required in full at checkout. We currently accept major credit cards and PayPal.
• Prices are listed in USD.
• Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Hero District reserves the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.
