All sales are final due to the nature of secondhand and collectible items. No refunds will be issued except in cases where the wrong item was shipped.
We do not accept returns for the following reasons:

Buyer’s unawareness of customs duties, fees, or import taxes
If the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and make it right.
